The land was purchased by Linstow in October 1996 and was zoned for office with a development potential of 20.000 m2.
The project consisted of three office buildings with a common underground parking. The offices comprise a total of 21,000 sqm and 7,000 sqm parking. In addition to the buildings that were built, the area was rehabilitated with parks and a new dam. Hoffsveien was upgraded with a partial new route to the property.
