Contractor Selected for Qvarteret
AF Gruppen has been selected to rehabilitate the new Qvarteret in Kvadraturen

Qvarteret is owned 60-40 by Linstow and Oslo Sentrum Holding through the company Qvarteret Holding. Linstow is the operating partner and responsible for project execution.
The agreement includes the rehabilitation of office spaces at Tollbugata 32 and Akersgata 13-15 in Oslo. The building will be BREEAM certified and is set to achieve energy class A. A strong emphasis will be placed on sustainable materials and flexible solutions.

The contract will be executed as a turnkey project in collaboration with a target price of approximately NOK 570 million excluding VAT. Of this, AF Gruppen’s share of the contract value is approximately NOK 360 million excluding VAT
