"Andreas is perfect for this role. He has extensive real estate expertise, a strong customer focus, and personal qualities that make him central to both the management and further development of the properties in our Greater Oslo portfolio," says Bård Løvaas, Property Director at Linstow.

Andreas Hellstrøm joins Linstow from his position as Senior Leasing Manager at Citycon, where he worked on the development of shopping centers and modern urban cores. Previously, he served as Property Manager at ICA Eiendom and Marketing Manager at Hadrian Utvikling.

"Linstow’s long-term perspective provides unique opportunities to continuously develop buildings and places in ways that create value for tenants, neighborhoods, and the company. I look forward to contributing to exciting urban development projects and building strong relationships with our customers," says Hellstrøm.

The largest projects in Hellstrøm’s portfolio will be the new office building Qvarteret in Kvadraturen and Linstow’s properties at the former Veterinary College in Adamstuen.

"Together with our leasing team, Andreas will play a key role in attracting new tenants to Qvarteret and realizing the ambitious plans to set a new standard for office buildings in central Oslo. At Adamstuen, he will combine operations and management with development, contributing to Linstow’s commitment to sustainable urban areas," says Bård Løvaas.

Andreas Hellstrøm will start at Linstow on January 2.
