"We have several major development projects in the pipeline and are continuing to grow. Therefore, we are bringing in skilled employees to strengthen our value chain," says CEO of Linstow, Knut Løken.

Strengthening Property Management and Customer Relations
Trine Bentdal has been hired as the new Contract Manager. She joins from a similar position at Amesto Accounthouse, where she worked with a broad range of real estate players. She has previously worked for companies such as Steen & Strøm and ICA Eiendom Norge.

"Linstow has an exciting portfolio and an ambition to develop places where people want to live, work, and meet. Together with the property manager and operations team, I will help ensure the best possible follow-up of our clients. It is, of course, particularly exciting to have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new, large urban development projects," says Trine Bentdal.

Property Director Bård Løvaas is very pleased to have Bentdal on board.

"We are very happy to have Trine join the team. Her hire is an important step in strengthening our property management and ensuring good customer experiences. Trine will, among other things, be responsible for the financial and contract management of our urban development project at the Former Veterinary College in Adamstuen," he says.

Contributing to Growth
Frida Hjelde has been hired as an Investment Analyst. She joins from Scandinavian Property Group, where she worked with investments and development. Prior to this, she worked in Corporate Finance at Arctic Securities. Hjelde is a graduate of Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

"Linstow is an exciting company with a long-term focus and an impressive portfolio covering the entire value chain. I look forward to contributing to further growth in place and urban development together with talented colleagues," says Frida Hjelde.

Hjelde will contribute to the development of both the Norwegian and international portfolio of Linstow.

"Frida brings both analytical sharpness and strategic understanding, which will be key in realizing the ambitious goals set for further sustainable growth," says CFO Sverre Harnæs.
