Linstow Strengthens Its Position in Fredrikstad
Linstow has made a strategic real estate acquisition in the new Fredrikstad district, Værste. The office building is located near Helsehusene i Fredrikstad, which Linstow already owns, and houses several health-related businesses, including Helfo.

Health-Related Businesses
The property, located at Dokka 6, was acquired from Værste AS. The building spans 8,500 square meters and has an energy rating of A. Currently, about 20 percent of the tenants are health-related businesses, including Helfo. Dokka 6 is situated near the Helsehusene in Fredrikstad, which accommodates both private healthcare services, such as Unilabs, and public services, including an emergency room and a short-term care unit for Fredrikstad municipality.

Part of a New, Attractive District
The new Fredrikstad district, Værste, has been transformed from a former shipyard into a vibrant urban area combining housing, schools, business, retail, sports, and culture. The district is expected to continue growing, with plans for waterfront urban development and residential expansion in the coming years. As an extension of Fredrikstad's city center, this new area contributes to making the city more attractive, including a promenade over the river that connects the districts.
