Bergen Airport Development AS is a long-term joint venture development project, where Linstow and Flesland Holding AS are collaborating on the development of a modern business park at the largest gateway on the west coast of Norway; Flesland airport.

The area, at approx. 120.000 sqm, is located next to the new airport terminal and to the terminal station for the city rail.

Bergen Business Park will have a size of approx. 180.000 sqm with office space, hotel, parking and various service facilities. The first construction phase was completed in February 2017 at the opening of Comfort Hotel Bergen Airport, a mid market hotel with 304 rooms and in March 2018 the construction work for the EXPO building started with 5.400 sqm of office next to Bergen Airport.

The EXPO building will be completed in October 2019.
