In 2008 Linstow completed the Quadraturen residential project in central Oslo.

This project involved a full conversion of the old spectacular main post office in Oslo, from a large and inefficient office to 211 exciting and urban apartments. In addition, shops, restaurants and offices were established on the lower floors.
The project is considered as an important start to the revitalization of Kvadraturen as a residential area in Oslo, and the project was nominated for the City Award in 2009. Oslo municipality has highlighted the project as a good example of a residential conversion project with good architectural, utilitarian and aesthetic qualities.
