Because of its unique location and its rich offer in terms of cafes, restaurants, grocery and boutiques for every taste and price range the center is a preferred destination for both locals and visitors alike, and is visited by about 31 million during the year. After completion of an extension to the property in March 2020 the shopping center consists of a total of 80,000 sqm, with 220 stores spread over 3 floors in two separate units and a tunnel between the center and the railway station.
The center's design and location make it well suited for various cultural events. In summer there are a number of larger and smaller concerts in several cafés located along the façade of the center.
