After a year's extension and remodeling, the mall appears in a new splendor with more than 200 stores, spread over 80 000 sqm in addition to a car park of 13 000 sqm. The center is the first BREEAM certified shopping center in the Baltics.

Ülemiste won in April 2016 the prestigious ICSC Award in Milan in category for large expanded shopping centers in Europe.
